Ms. Garton has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from New Hampshire College, a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Strayer College and a Doctor of Management degree from the University of Maryland University College. The focus of her dissertation research was "Commitment to research in a medical-legal setting: The case of legal nurse consultants."
